Ecom Lifestyle is a multi-category Amazon seller operating across home, sports, electronics, beauty, and more — managing every listing, inventory decision, and order from a single focused team.
We use the Amazon Selling Partner API to automate order management, inventory synchronization, and pricing adjustments for our own seller account exclusively. No third-party access. No data sharing.
Ecom Lifestyle is a professional Amazon seller operating across more than a dozen product categories. We source, list, and manage our own inventory directly — handling catalog optimization, stock planning, and storefront operations as a single in-house team using Amazon's FBA program for fulfillment.
We've built our store around one principle: deliver what the listing promises, every time. That means accurate product descriptions, well-managed stock levels, and consistent order processing. As our catalog has grown, so has our investment in internal tooling to keep every part of the business running without gaps.
Ecom Lifestyle operates as a private seller. We do not offer software, services, or API access to other sellers. Every system we build is for managing our own account only.
Our catalog spans the full breadth of everyday consumer need. All products are listed and sold through our single Amazon seller account, fulfilled by Amazon.
Ecom Lifestyle uses the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) exclusively to automate the management of our own seller account. We do not provide API access, data, or tooling to any third party. All integrations are private, internal, and purpose-built for our single storefront.
We use the Orders API to retrieve real-time order status and sync fulfillment data with our internal tracking system. This lets us monitor every order across our full catalog without manual lookups in Seller Central.
The Inventory and Order Tracking role gives us live visibility into our FBA stock levels. We reconcile these counts against our purchasing records to trigger reorder decisions and prevent stockouts.
We use the Pricing API to run rules-based repricing across our own catalog. Adjustments are applied only to our ASINs — we access no other seller's private pricing or account data.
The Finance and Accounting role lets us pull settlement reports programmatically for monthly reconciliation. Data flows directly into our internal accounting tools — no third party receives or processes it.
Running a multi-category Amazon store requires more coordination than it looks like from the outside. Sourcing decisions, listing health, FBA replenishment timelines, pricing competitiveness, and settlement reconciliation all have to move together.
We manage every one of those parts in-house. Our team reviews catalog performance weekly, monitors inventory velocity against sales trends, and makes repricing adjustments based on real-time competitive data. Settlements are reconciled monthly against our purchasing records to keep financials clean and audit-ready.
As the catalog grew, manual processes became a ceiling. Our SP-API integration was built to remove that ceiling — automating the repetitive, data-heavy work so we can focus on the decisions that actually require judgment.
Listings are reviewed and updated on a rolling basis. We track search performance, image quality, and listing completeness across all active ASINs.
Inventory velocity data from the API feeds directly into our reorder calculations. We stage shipments against supplier lead times to avoid FBA stockouts.
Automated repricing handles day-to-day adjustments. We review pricing rules and competitive positioning weekly to keep our automation working within the right guardrails.
Settlement reports pulled via the Finance API are reconciled monthly. Every order, fee, and adjustment is logged for tax and accounting purposes.
All API credentials are rotated regularly, protected with MFA, and accessible only to authorized team members. Automated access events are logged and reviewed on an ongoing basis.

Ecom Lifestyle is a professional Amazon seller operating a multi-category storefront through Amazon's marketplace. This privacy policy explains how we handle data collected through this website and how we manage Amazon seller data accessed through the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API).
This website does not use cookies, tracking pixels, analytics scripts, or session storage of any kind. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personally identifiable information from visitors to this site. The contact form on this page is for display purposes only and does not submit or retain any data you enter into it.
Ecom Lifestyle uses the Amazon Selling Partner API exclusively to manage our own Amazon seller account. The following describes our complete SP-API data handling practices:
What data we access: We access order status and tracking information, FBA inventory levels, product pricing data for our own listings, and financial settlement reports — all through non-PII roles. We do not access buyer personally identifiable information including names, mailing addresses, email addresses, or phone numbers.
Why we access it: SP-API data is accessed solely for internal business operations: automating order status tracking, synchronizing FBA inventory counts with our purchasing records, adjusting product pricing across our catalog, and reconciling monthly financial settlements. All access is limited to the Ecom Lifestyle seller account.
How it is stored: SP-API data is stored on encrypted, password-protected internal systems. All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher. API credentials are stored separately using an encrypted credential management system and are never hardcoded in application code.
Who can see it: SP-API data is accessible only to authorized members of the Ecom Lifestyle team with a documented business need. No third parties, contractors, or outside services have access to our SP-API data or credentials.
How long we keep it: Non-PII operational data (order records, inventory snapshots, pricing logs, settlement reports) is retained for up to 18 months for business analysis and accounting purposes, then permanently deleted using secure deletion methods.
Data sharing and sale: Ecom Lifestyle does not share, sell, license, rent, or otherwise disclose Amazon SP-API data to any third party, under any circumstances. This data is used exclusively for our own internal seller account management and is never monetized or distributed.
No third-party developer access: We operate as a private developer. No other Amazon sellers are authorized to use, access, or benefit from our SP-API integration. Our application is not distributed, listed on the Amazon Appstore, or made available to any outside parties in any form.
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts via CDN (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). No other third-party scripts, analytics services, advertising networks, or tracking tools are used on this site.
Because this website does not collect visitor data, there is no personal information held by Ecom Lifestyle through this site to access, correct, or delete. If you have questions about how we handle Amazon seller data or wish to submit a data-related inquiry, you may contact us through Amazon's Seller Central messaging system.
All internal systems that interact with Amazon SP-API data employ encryption at rest (AES-256), encrypted transit (TLS 1.2+), multi-factor authentication on all accounts with data access, role-based access controls, and event logging for all automated access. API credentials are rotated on a regular schedule and audited quarterly.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable requirements. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this section.
